Card holders for women

Four slots take a bank card, a credit card, an ID and a metro or office card. The centre pocket holds a couple of folded notes, a receipt or a small photo.

How to look after a coloured card holder

Bright leather wears in much the same way as dark leather, but marks show sooner, so a little care pays off.

• Keep it away from dark denim and fresh newsprint at first; dye can transfer onto light shades.
• Wipe early. A soft, barely damp cloth lifts most marks if you catch them quickly.
• Store it separately from pens and makeup in your bag.
• Let it air dry if it gets damp in the monsoon, away from sun and heaters.
• One card per slot, so the leather keeps its shape.
