Planning quantities and timelines

A little planning makes a bulk order go smoothly.

1. Count your recipients. Add a few extra pieces for late additions or new joiners.
2. Choose the pieces. Decide on one piece for all, or a mix for different groups such as staff and clients.
3. Split by shade. Write down how many of each shade you want for each piece.
4. Check the shade list for each piece. Not every piece comes in every shade, so confirm your mix against the product pages.
5. Set your date. Work back from the day you need the gifts in hand, and get in touch as early as you can, especially before Diwali and the year-end season.
